What is physical education? When abriviated it becomes P.E. All that you do in P.E. involves excersise of the entire body. There are many different activities that you do in P.E. There are three different classes that each do a different activity. One will do Speedball, the other will play Ultimate Frisbee, and another will play Dodgeball. These three sports are the most active of all the others that we do.
